This evening we defeated Highland League side Clachnacuddin 2-0 in the final of the Inverness Cup with goals from Nauris Bulvitis and Nick Ross.  There was a far bit experience in the side along with Under 17 players Tom Smith, Martin Laing and Calum Dingwall.

The first goal came on 18 minutes, a corner into the box produced a stromash in front of the Clach goal with Dani Sanchez firstly hitting the post before a Calum Dingwall follow up was blocked.  However the ball fell kindly to Nauris Bulvitis and he bundled over the line to make it 1-0.

At half-time Martin Laing and Dani Sanchez were replaced after suffering knocks with Liam Polworth and Adam MacLeod taking their places.

Number two came nine minutes into the second period when a driving run by Lionel Djebi-Zadi was halted by a foul by Alan Pollock in the penalty box.  The referee pointed to the spot and captain for the evening Nick Ross made no mistake slotting the ball into the net.
