GAFFER'S AFTERMATCH COMMENTS
He said "After 25 minutes we were a shambles, total shambles! To come back from 3-0 down was a tall order, it was going to be difficult, very difficult especially when you're putting corners behind, crosses behind for goal kicks - it's just unbelievable. Really unbelievable that some of the players can play like that and I really find it hard to take. So we'll all be in tomorrow at 10am, that's what happens when you give a performance like that.
Quite rightly the crowd booed the players off at half-time. I said a few things to them at half-time we got a response, changed it around a bit. I'm just bitterly disappointed because I've brought a lot of those players in to the club, whether it be re-signing them or whether it be new signings and you can't abuse it like that in terms of thinking you just have to go out there and play, you have to work hard and Partick Thistle certainly worked hard. They thoroughly deserved to win, no complaints about that, in fact it could have been more in the second half if it wasn't for Ryan Esson.
It's very hard to take because we did so well on Tuesday against an SPL team and then today looked as if they'd never played together before. So it's worrying but we'll get to the bottom of it. Eric Odhiambo and Dougie Imrie can't come back soon enough as far as we're concerned but we have to make sure they're right before they come back.
The young boys didn't look out of place at all. We said before give them a debut to remember because you remember your debut - they'll have that scar with them for the rest of their lives. The two boys did nothing wrong, you can't blame them at all it's the rest of the players I'm very, very angry with and very disappointed in.
I'm so disappointed for our fans because they've turned up in numbers this season, bough more season tickets this season than last and yet we've got one point out of nine at home. So we'll be in tomorrow, talk through one or two things. I cannot give them time off after that performance."
