We made the trip to Dens Park today to face Dundee and Manager Terry Butcher made two changes to the side that defeated Stranraer 3-0 on Tuesday evening in the Alba Challenge Cup.  Full backs David Proctor and Lionel Djebi-Zadi came back in for the suspended Ross Tokely and left back Graeme Shinnie.  Ex-ICT midfielders Richie Hart and Brian Kerr started for the Blues.

Captain Grant Munro had two early opportunities on goal the first he headed wide from a corner kick and the second a shot which went wide.  However it was Dundee who took the lead shortly afterwards with big summer signing Gary Harkins cutting in from the left flank past a couple of challenges before firing into the net past Ryan Esson.

With 22 minutes played we hit back with Danni Sanchez finding space in the box to slip the ball past goalkeeper Tony Bullock and make it 1-1.

But eight minutes later Dundee were once again in front and again it was ex-Partick Thistle man Gary Harkins who netted.  Sean Higgins' flick found the supporting Colin McMenamin and from his eventual cross Harkins turned the ball into the net.

We finally drew level on the 38th minute, Richie Foran forged down the right flank and with plenty of options in the box his pass picked out Lee Cox and he made no mistake making it his second league goal of the season and a deserved equaliser.

Goalscorer Cox picked up a yellow card from referee Mike Tumilty for a late challenge on Richie Hart.

We missed a great chance fifteen minutes before the end when Lee Cox burst through but his shot was well saved by Tony Bullock with the Dundee defence posted missing, the rebound fell kindly to Danni Sanchez but he hit his shot wide.

Goalkeeper Tony Bullock again prevented us from taking the lead when Richie Foran at the back post looked certain to score but the ex-Ross County produced a great save.  At the other end Gary Harkins came close to getting his hat-trick when his free kick took a deflection and came back off the post.
